Pi-Harvest Israel Ltd has developed a unique technology, which increases the output of piezoelectric materials through special layering and composite architecture.
Pi-Harvest Israel Ltd is a privately held R&D company established in 2011.
Pi-Harvest main technological feature is the ability to produce over 10 times more energy under the same conditions as comparable state-of-the-art piezoelectric materials while maintaining the same manufacturing costs for mass scale production.
When used as a part of a sensor system, Pi-Harvest piezoelectric devices provide significantly better sensitivity than comparable existing sensors.
Pi-Harvest materials have been tested in lab conditions, measuring the output by applying varying temperatures, frequencies and accelerations.
At the moment, Pi-Harvest produces piezoelectric micro-generators equipped with high-efficiency electronic storage system for the harvested energy.

Pi-Harvest Israel Ltd currently focuses on the development and manufacturing of piezoelectric micro-generators designed to be implanted into a human heart and harvesting the energy of the heart movement to power the pacemakers and AICDs. Currently, we're planning animal tests of the first version of our generators combined with pacemakers of the global industry leader, Medtronic, which is interested in partnering with Pi-Harvest for providing patients worldwide with a sustainable and non-invasive pacemaker.
Pi-Harvest technology is capable to serve as a power station/sensor for any appliance utilizing the green or parasitic energy from the environment and deployed in the places problematic for the wired techniques, such as a wheel, a fan or a pipe-line.
