Animal Experiment detailed through X-Ray view
Assembly of sheath introducer which is placed over the wire in the right atrium (R.A.).
Extraction of the dilator and the wire. The sheath remains in the R.A.
Right ventriculography through the sheath.

Following positioning of the sheath at the apical portion of the right ventricle, the folded piezo-electric device with the pacing lead are advanced to the apical portion of the right ventricle.

The adequate positioning of the folded device held by the delivery system is verified by contrast hand injection through the sheath (right ventricular apical engagement)

The screw is advanced to anchor in right ventricular apex.

The sheath is withdrawn - deploying the flower-shaped piezo-electric device, which is held by the delivery system.

The piezo-electric device is well placed is the right ventricular apex; still held by the delivery system.

The delivery system is carefully released and withdrawn into the sheath, leaving the piezo-electric device adequately positioned with good function in the right ventricle.

Pacemaker with no battery and control box with wires are placed under the skin in the neck of the animal.
The animal experiments are performed according to WMA Declaration of Helsinki on animal use in bio-medical research.
